The Mautic Awards are all about celebrating the amazing contributions and achievements within our open source community. By submitting your proposal, you not only get the chance to be recognized for your hard work but also inspire others with your innovative use of Mautic. Here are the award categories:

The Impact Award, sponsored by Dropsolid

Have you worked on a Mautic project that has made a significant impact? This award is for projects that have truly made a difference, whether through innovative use of Mautic’s features, impressive results, or unique approaches. A panel of experts will select the winner of this prestigious award.

Community Choice Award

This award is all about you, the community. The project with the most votes from the community will take home this award. It’s a fantastic way to gain recognition from your fellow Mauticians.

Mautician of the Year Award, sponsored by Acquia

This award recognizes an individual who has gone above and beyond in their contributions to the Mautic community. Whether through exceptional support, innovative ideas, or tireless dedication, this award honors those who have made a significant personal impact. You don’t need to submit a proposal for this award, a panel of experts will select the winner from among the year’s active contributors taking into account activity tracked in our Community CRM and insights from team and working group leads.

Partner of the Year Award

Our partners are integral to the success of Mautic. This award acknowledges a partner who has demonstrated outstanding commitment and contribution over the past year. You don’t need to submit a proposal for this award, a panel will select the winner of this award from our partners by reviewing their contributions to Mautic over the past twelve months.

How to Submit

Submitting your proposal is easy! Simply follow these steps:

1. Prepare Your Proposal: Use our submission template to ensure you include all necessary information. This will help the panel understand the impact and significance of your project.

2. Submit Your Proposal: Submit your completed proposal via the Community Portal by the end of the month.

3. Spread the Word: If you’re submitting a proposal for an Award, don’t forget to rally support from your peers. Share your submission and encourage others to vote for you.

You need to be a corporate member of Mautic in order to submit a proposal – it starts from $1,200 per year and it’s quick and easy to sign up here.

What Happens Next?

All submitted proposals will be reviewed and listed as case studies on mautic.org (unless you request otherwise). This is a fantastic opportunity to showcase your work to a wider audience and gain recognition within the community. Winners will be announced at the Mautic Awards ceremony, held in person at Mautic Conference Europe in November 2024.

Announcing the first edition of the Mautic Awards, a prestigious event dedicated to recognizing and celebrating the outstanding achievements within the Mautic community. In this, our first year, we currently have four exciting categories that showcase the diverse talents and impacts of our members:

This award honors Mautic projects that have made the biggest impact. Whether it’s a groundbreaking campaign, an innovative use of Mautic’s features, or a project that has significantly advanced the goals of an organization, the Impact Award celebrates those who have truly made a difference. This category will be judged by a panel of experts.

2. Community Choice Award

The Community Choice Award is all about you, our vibrant community. This award will be decided by popular vote from all submitted proposals. It’s your chance to highlight the projects and initiatives that you believe deserve special recognition.

3. Mautician of the Year Award

This award is for the individual who has gone above and beyond in their contributions to the Mautic community. Whether through exceptional support, innovative ideas, or tireless dedication, the Mautician of the Year Award recognizes those who have made a significant personal impact. A panel will select the winner of this prestigious award from among the year’s active contributors.

4. Partner of the Year Award

Our partners play a crucial role in the success of Mautic, and this award acknowledges the partner who has demonstrated outstanding commitment and contribution over the past year. This award will also be selected by a panel from among the year’s active partners.

How to Participate

To submit a proposal for any of the awards and to vote on the Community Choice award, you need to be a member of Mautic. We encourage everyone to participate and share their success stories. All submitted proposals will be showcased as case studies on mautic.org and in the Pitch Deck which is currently under development, unless the nominator requests otherwise.
